Pelatihan Virtual Coordinator Training (VCT) Batch 4 Kalimantan Timur

Virtual Training Coordinator (VCT) Batch 4 Kalimantan Timur was held on April until May 2019. I never heard before about this training and online course. I got the information from MGMP IPA Balikpapan then I joined and we had our first meeting with the tutor and ambassador of Rumah Belajar Kaltim & Kaltara at LPMP Samarinda on the end of May. 

VCT helps us (as teacher) to make, manage and apply the application (cisco webex) as a virtual conference in the class. We learned how to make a good flash card, to record the video of learning and tutorial, to build a great presentation, to make quiz and precence's list by google form  and make a group or virtual conference in class or outside. We're expected to be audience, presenter/ speaker (must prepare the content to show off or presentation), host, flyer designer and video recorder. We learned about how to published our record in youtube also. As a beginner, I'm so excited to join this online course, such a challenge for me. But, In other hand I got some difficulties thing like how to record our video by the app that link to Cisco webex (I have to learn it more, seriously).

After I finished all of the requirements and got a certificate. I also joinned the group about IGI Sadar and more. I met lots of competence people and we share each other about the app inventor, method in teaching, app for making games education or animation. I still join and wait for other online and free course from seamolec.

Oh ya, how do you spend your time today? Jogging, studying, watching a movie, hang out ..? what else..
Hehe,this is the long weekend, isn't it?
We are now in the new year, new plan, new spirit like youthful and new life :D agree with me?
Right now I just wanna share about my experience to spent my time to celebrate new year eve around the Lowang watu Beach, Gunung Kidul with my classmate:

Experiment- The Effect of Different Kind of Soil for The Growing of Grapes Var. Kediri Kuning

Good Afternoon,

         Even that my experiment doesn't finish yet but I wanna share how it's growing and keep them alive. Actually, this's my first time to plant grapes, variety of Kediri kuning comes from Kediri, East Java. It's not the only comodity there. It has big-yellow-round fruit, sulur like ropes and circles to stem, shape of leaves similiar to marijuana leaves (Hahaha) and monocot roots (cause my plants're come from setek). 

        I tried to applicate 3 kind of soil, there were aluvial (it's taken from Paingan), regosol (it's taken from Pantai Samas) and latosol (It's taken from Patuk, Gunung Kidul near from Yogyakarta) and as controls use mixed of sands and fertilizer, comparising 1 : 1. Variabel of growing grapes could we see from the stem height, stem diameter, amount of leaves and defect of leaves because of insects, diseases or fungi. After 6 times I took the main data aboab, Grapes grow optimally in alluvial and latosol soils. Beside it, I add NOPKOR (Nitrogen Sodium-Natrium Organism Recovery), 200ml each of plant to see the effect of fertillity soils. NOPKOR's contains of microbes that can recover or fixation N2, K2 and PO4 in atmosphere or soils. It's really safety for environment without chemicals containing that can hazardous soils. The other uttilities, It's liquid formula therefore easy to add and absorbed by soils. Oh ya, I'm almost forget, to keep my plants health and stand from the insects attack, I gave mine Lanettes. There are 12 pot of grapes var. Kediri Kuning for my experiment. Each kind of soils were replaced three times. My experiment's located around Paingan, Maguwoharjo village.

Catatan ;
1. Biosol dibuat sendiri dari kotoran hewan yang diperkaya dengan pupuk NPK dan Nopkor PSO dan abu.
2. Miradan dibuat sendiri dari bahan yang ada disekitar diperkaya dengan belerang, abu, pupuk NPK dan Demlop.
3. Nopkor harus dikembangkan dari indukannya dengan aturan yang jelas.
4. Penggunaan Phomadelab dengan tujuan agar proses aklimatasi bibit lokal dapat berjalan dengan baik.
5. Penggunaan dari Miradan dan Demlop sesuai dengan serangan hama tanaman dan hama penggerek tikus.
